I just rented 3 more referrals and extended them for 150 days. This puts me at 177rr, only 23 more then it's time to sit back, manage refs and save for golden! Unfortunately I did have to invest $25.00 to save my rrs last year due to bad management on my part  , but now I know how to do it right and I am seeing a daily profit of a little over $1.00 a day. Sometimes on a good day as much as $1.50 profit, after expenses.  |
